Looking to the future
The construction meets the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard ('EnEv 2016') so that every apartment boasts high energy performance and exceptional thermal insulation.
They even greatly exceed the strict requirements of the German Energy Saving Ordinance (Energieeinsparverordnung 2014, or now known as 'EnEv 2016') which became more stringent on 1 January, 2016. The annual primary energy requirements are at least 20% lower and heat loss through the building shell is at least 30% lower than prescribed.
For you as a potential buyer, that means comparatively lower energy consumption and a sustainable investment for the future.
We also offer the option of having an electromobility concept executed for you as a special request. We would be happy to provide more information on request.
Energy Performance Certificate under preparation; the figures are still being calculated.
