Would you like to live by the water, right on Leipzig’s canal network? Our Wohnfabrik project will be built on a site on the Aurelienstraße road, which is between the Karl Heine Canal and the site known as the Jahrtausendfeld. It includes a six-storey block building along the street with a combination of one and four room apartments. From there, you can enjoy direct access to the Karl Heine Canal. One of our highlights will be the building’s own landing stage for boats.
Plagwitz, a former industrial and working-class neighbourhood, shares its western border with the city centre and has in recent years developed into a popular area among young and old thanks to its cultural scene, urban flair, industrial charm and central location.
The district is evolving and captivating more and more people. Something new emerges almost every day, from galleries, studios, restaurants, retail stores to renovated and new living spaces for the growing population.
With the tram and suburban rail line, you can reach the city centre in just a few minutes.
Local shops for daily needs as well as various services are in the immediate vicinity. It is all within walking distance.
The nearby Karl Heine Canal, Elster flood channel, Clara Zetkin Park and Leipzig Riverside Forest invite you to partake in an array of activities and recreation.
