To strengthen our construction division, we are looking for a

Site manager – Structural engineering / Turnkey construction (f / m / i)

for a permanent position in Munich.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for large-scale residential construction projects in the Munich metropolitan area
  • Site supervision (structural engineering) HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers) Section 34, service phase 8

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of civil engineering / architecture
  • You have relevant experience on construction sites and sound knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB)
  • You act in a responsible manner, are organised and have confidence in your abilities
  • You have good communication skills and an approachable demeanour

Project manager (f / m / i)

for the complete execution of construction up to the turnkey hand-over of our successful residential development projects. Your responsibilities include the supervision, organisation and management of construction sites.

Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture or can demonstrate proven previous experience.

You work independently, have excellent negotiating skills, are communicative and act in a responsible and assertive manner. A positive and friendly attitude will be of major advantage to help you succeed in this responsible position.

For our construction team in our Munich office, we’re looking for a

Secretarial assistant (f / m / i)

in a part-time, permanent position (25 hours per week).

Your responsibilities:

  • Typical secretarial duties, from written correspondence to invoice processing
  • You assist the construction office in administrative and organisational matters

Your profile:

  • You have completed professional training in commerce and business management or have equivalent qualifications, ideally in the field of construction or real estate
  • Professional experience in activities of a commercial character
  • You have excellent written command of the German language and good user knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
  • Absolute confidentiality is a matter of course for you
  • You work in an independent and organised manner
  • You enjoy professional interaction with clients and business partners
