The range of responsibilities faced by the CUSTOMER TEAM extends from acquiring and buying building plots to the notarisation of sales contracts, including the entire business process.
The PLANNING TEAM primarily deals with the actual residential complex. This includes aspects such as the architectural design, building services (heating, sanitation), but also – most importantly – a functional, family-friendly layout.
The SALES TEAM is responsible for compiling all information materials and for the implementation of marketing concepts. Ongoing training of our sales consultants ensures that customers are given friendly as well as very competent advice.
With regards to commercial properties, these same tasks – in particular the individual and specialised support of investors – are carried out by the SPECIAL TEAM.
The CONSTRUCTION TEAM looks after the practical implementation with our own site managers. Companies of different trades are contacted and are asked to submit an offer. Afterwards, the companies commissioned begin construction – these are usually companies that have been working for Baywobau for years. When the shell is in place, you are invited to join us at the topping-out ceremony – this is an old Baywobau tradition and one that we enjoy celebrating. The construction team also comprises the departments for individual requests, special requests and the sampling, which care for your concerns within these specific fields. After you receive the keys to your new residence, you can still count on the support of our customer service.
Our real estate service for investors takes on the renting of your Baywobau residence.
