Beständigkeit und Weiterentwicklung gehören für uns seit jeher zusammen – sei es in neuen Kapiteln wie dem Umzug in unsere neuen Büroräume zu Beginn dieses Jahres oder in der Umsetzung unserer Neubauprojekte, in denen bewährte Qualitäten mit den Trends der Zeit und den sich wandelnden Bedürfnissen der Menschen in Einklang gebracht werden.

Dieses Verständnis prägt uns seit mittlerweile 60 Jahren. Sechs Jahrzehnte, in denen wir mit Erfahrung, Leidenschaft und Weitblick mehr als 360 Bauvorhaben realisiert und viele Menschen auf dem Weg in die eigenen vier Wände begleitet haben. Dass wir heute dieses Jubiläum feiern dürfen, ist für uns vor allem eines: ein Zeichen des Vertrauens in unsere Arbeit, unsere Qualität und unser Team.

Our specialist teams – Your guarantee for success

Achieving the best results, hand in hand: to guarantee our high standards of quality, we rely on clear structures, expert knowledge and efficient procedures. Our employees in every team have sound and up-to-date specialist expertise. The teams work in close collaboration, pooling together their skills and know-how to achieve the best results and optimally address and handle our clients’ requests. 

 

The Customer Team: 
The scope of duties includes the acquisition and purchasing of plots of land, the entire business process and drawing up contracts of sale with our buyers.

The Sales Team: 
In addition to preparing all the informational material and implementing marketing concepts, this team ensures all potential homebuyers and clients receive competent and service-oriented assistance.

The Planning Team: 
The first task is to concentrate on the residential development itself – with a focus on architectural design, housing technology (heating, ventilation, plumbing) and above all, functional and family-friendly floor plans.

The Construction Team:
Implements and supervises the actual construction of building projects with our company site managers and calls for tenders and assigns the required trade work, predominantly to long-standing partners. Furthermore, the construction team also includes the department for specialist and individual requests as well as sampling, which takes care of buyers’ requests in these areas.
