The construction will be eligible as a KfW 55 Efficiency House (EnEV 2016). Due to the exceptionally high degree of thermal insulation, the building only requires 55 per cent of the primary energy demand of a conventionally built new building, making it particularly friendly to the environment.
As apartments owners, you also benefit from the opportunity to take advantage of the particularly favourable KFW promotional loan.
Heating is provided by environmentally-friendly district heating from the city of Munich.
We also offer the option of having an e-mobility concept implemented on special request. We would be happy to provide additional information on request.
